Terms of Clearance: This survey is approved for up to 20,000 respondents. The approval also includes authority for the agency to request emissions test results from up to 630 respondents. Abstract: The information requested is needed for EPA to develop standards of performance and emissions guidelines required by sections 112 and 129 of the Clean Air Act for a variety of combustion sources. Respondents include owners and operators of process heaters, industrial/institutional/commercial boilers, industrial/commercial solid waste incinerators, stationary gas turbines, and stationary internal combustion engines.
