Abstract: Forms SSA-8125 and SSA-L8125 will collect interim assistance reimbursement (IAR) information from States which provide such assistance. Form SSA-8125 will be used in most situations where IAR is applicable. Form SSA-L8125 will be used in situations where an individual entitled to underpayments has received IAR from a State and his/her benefit will be controlled by SSA through installments or a dedicated account. The respondents are States who provide IAR to SSI claimants.
