Abstract: Voluntary customer surveys will be used to implement E.O. 12862. The VA will gather the necessary information to determine the kind and quality of services our customers want, and their level of satisfaction with existing services. The information will be used to focus the planning and problem solving efforts to those services valued by the customer.
