Abstract: The National Ice Center needs to assess the civilian users, whose requirements are not well known. These users include the shipping industry, fisheries, academia, researchers, and many foreign users. The questionnaire will try to determine what ice products and services are most useful to these customers and to ascertain which future products would be beneficial. Overall satisfaction of users will also be examined.
