Terms of Clearance: Approved; CNCS addendum of May 8 and May 16, 1996 accepted. It is noted that CNCS shall resubmit the collection through the normal clearance process under the PRA of 1995 (5 C.F.R. 1320) Section 1320.5. CNCS shall provide a plan, by 6/30/96 that addresses the problems in their current method of tracking CNCS collections that allows important agency information collections to lapse approval. It is noted that CNCS did not comply with 5 C.F.R. 1320.13 (d).
