Terms of Clearance: Form PTO/SB/50 was inadvertently left out of PTO's calculation of the burden, volume, and cost table in this submission. Please turn in a correction worksheet or explanation for this form. Although OMB is aware that PTO received a comment requesting that the certificate of mailing appear on the face of the PTO/85B, this crowds the form so much as to make the print too small to read. Some other accomodation should be made, either separating the instructions to another sheet, or putting the entire form with integrated instructions on two sheets. This should be amended for the next clearance request.
