Abstract: This information collection is used to gather information from the public needed to fulfill EPA's responsibilities under the Clean Air Act. Information gathered will be used to identify properly maintained and used vehicles for emissions testing programs. Respondents include motor vehicle owners, commercial vehicle and engine owners, and repair facilities.
