Terms of Clearance: Commenters made several suggestions for enhancing the quality, utility and clarity of the information to be collected. NRC has, in this supporting statement, committed itself to address these comments. In particular, a commenter proposed that the instructions be revised, that Form 741 be revised to be licensee specific, and that reporting quantities be standardized. As part of the next renewal of this ICR, NRC should address these issues.
