Abstract: Section 73.1212 requires sponsorship identification, retention of list of executive officers, board of directors, executive committee, etc., when broadcast is of political or controversial nature and sponsor is entity, not individual, or to maintain list of name, address, telephone of individuals who sponsor "want ads."
