Abstract: The information required by 47 CFR part 63 and sections 214 and 310(b)(4) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, is needed to regulate the entry of foreign carriers into the U.S. international services market. In addition, this information is needed in order to regulate carriers in their provision of international services.
