Abstract: This report collects information from mortgage lenders on applications for, and originations and purchases of, mortgage and home improvement loans. State member banks and mortgage banking subsidiaries of bank holding companies are required to use the report as a running log throughout the calendar year and to send it to the Federal Reserve by March 1 of the following calendar year.
