Abstract: Rule 17a-5(c) sets forth the financial statements which must be sent to public customers to broker-dealers. The primary purpose of Rule 17a-5(c) is to give public customers of a broker-dealer a clear indication the financial condition of the broker-dealer, and to convey similar information to the Commission.
