Terms of Clearance: Extended through 12/96 to provide time for the Department to ensure that all requirements of the PRA 1995 are met. The Department should particularly ensure that the lenght of time records are to be maintained is explained in the BATF rule, in other information collections as appropriate, and in the narrative justification (the need to maintain evidence of proper bonds seems to be implied in 27 CFR 25.91(d))).

The Continuation Certificate, ATF form 5130.23, is executed by a brewer and surety company to continue in effect the coverage of a Brewer's Bond by the surety company.
