Abstract: These forms are used by members of the U.S. Power Squadrons and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxillary to report observed needs for chart corrections. The information received is used by NOAA in maintaining and preparing the nautical charts that are used throughout the nation by recreational boaters and commercial vessels for safe navigation.
