Abstract: Source must identify EPA of construction, modification, startup, shutdown, malfunctions, date, and results of performance tests. The initial performance averaging period shall be 30 consecutive days, including startups and shutdowns. The amounts of solvent and water used, solvent recovered, and the estimated emission percentage shall be recorded monthly. No reporting is required after test.
