Abstract: THESE REGULATIONS IMPLEMENT THE PROVISIONS OF PUBLIC LAW 103-322 BY RESTRICTING THE MANUFACTURE, TRANSFER, AND POSSESSION OF CERTAIN SEMIAUTOMATIC ASSAULT WEAPONS AND LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICES. THE COLLECTIONS OF INFORMATION IN THIS TEMPORARY RULE ARE IN 27 CFR 178.40(C), 178.40A(C), 178.129(E), 178.132, AND 178.133.
