Abstract: THE FINAL RULE WILL ESTABLISH A SET OF UNIFORM MANIFESTS, REQUIRE THE USE OF THESE FORMS FOR LOW-LEVEL (LLW) WASTE TRANSPORT, REQUIRE LLW DISPOSAL SITE OPERATORS TO ELECTRONICALLY STORE THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE MANIFESTS, AND REQUIRE DISPOSAL SITE OPERATORS TO REPORT THE MANIFEST INFORMATION.
