Abstract: THE HCFA-64 IS SUBMITTED BY STATE MEDICAID AGENCIES TO REPORT THEIR ACTUAL PROGRAM AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENDITURES. HCFA USES THIS INFORMATION TO COMPUTE THE FEDERAL SHARE FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF THE STATE'S MEDICAID PROGRAM COSTS.
