Terms of Clearance: FCC will add a telephone number for respondents to contact Commission with questions. "800" number would be preferable. FCC will also prepare survey plan for meeting Congressional requirement to report on competition in cable industry. When preparing this plan, the FCC will consider the need to conduct a statistical survey of the industry to more accurately determine the extent of overbuild situations. FCC will make changes in questions per OMB markup.
