Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's memoranda to OMB of 12/13/94, 1/4/95, and 1/11/95. In addition, ED has agreed to add information on repayment obligations to the "Borrower's Rights and Responsibilities" statement that would provide the same informa- tion as that which appears in the "Repayment" section of the Direct Loan PLUS promissory notes (1840-0666). ED shall refer borrowers to that statement through a notice at the end of the instructions on this promissory note, and shall indicate in that notice that important information on repayment obligations appears in the "Rights and Responsibilities" statement.
