Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL GATHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE QUALITY OF SERVICES DELIVERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) TO BASE CLOSURE COMMUNITIES. THE SURVEY IMPLEMENTS PART OF THE OFFICE OF THE ASSISTAN SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR ECONOMIC SECURITY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE PLAN AND WILL ENABLE DOD TO TARGET RESOURCES TO IMPROVE SERVICE.
