THE DATA IS USED BY FCC TO CONFIRM THAT STATION HAS BEEN BUILT TO TERMS SPECIFIED IN THE OUTSTANDING CONSTRUCTION PERMIT. DATA IS EXTRACTED FROM FCC 302-TV FOR INCLUSION IN LICENSE TO OPERATE STATION.
