Terms of Clearance: Commission will take steps to identify minimum requirements for submitting "other documentation" required for meeting Section 24.203. FCC will submit Inventory Correction Worksheets that identify burden and responses associated with Sections 24.204 and 24.237 (associated with reporting actions by licensees to come into compliance with limitations on cellular and broadband PCS ownership in a particular geographic area and also to report steps taken to coordinate interference with incumbant microwave service providers in licensee area) as these numbers become available.

Abstract: BROADBAND PERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES (PCS) ARE EXPECTED TO PROVI ADDITIONAL COMPETITION IN THE PROVISION OF MOBILE TELEPHONE (CELLULAR TELEPHONE) SERVICE. THE COMMISSION ADOPTED THE CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS TO ENSURE THAT LICENSEES QUICKLY CONSTRUCT THEIR SYSTEMS AND THAT THE SYSTEMS SERVE SIGNIFICANT AREAS OF THE NATION.
