Abstract: RESPONDENTS ARE OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF NEW AND EXISTING WOOD FURNITURE MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS THAT ARE MAJOR SOURCES OF HAP. RESPONDENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT INITIAL AND SEMIANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORTS AND TO PERFORM RECORDKEEPING ACTIVITIES. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THAT ALL SOURCES SUBJECT TO THE NESHAP ARE COMPLYING WITH THE STANDARDS.
