THE FORM AND SCHEDULES ARE USED TO SATISFY THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 6035, 6038, AND 6046 AND THE REGULATIONS THEREUNDER PERTAINING TO THE INVOLVEMENT OF U.S. PERSO WITH CERTAIN FOREIGN CORPORATIONS.
