Abstract: SECTIONS 76.73/76.75 REQUIRE EACH CABLE EMPLOYMENT UNIT TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN, AND CARRY OUT A PROGRAM TO ASSURE EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNI IN EVERY ASPECT OF A CABLE ENTITY'S POLICY AND PRACTICE. DATA IS USED BY CABLE UNITS TO ENABLE THEM TO COMPLETE THE ANNUAL EMPLOYMENT REPORT (FCC 395-A) AND BY FCC STAFF IN FIELD INVESTIGATIONS.
