Abstract: SECTION 78.27 REQUIRES LICENSEES OF CABLE TELEVISION RELAY SERVICE STATIONS TO NOTIFY COMMISSION WHEN STATION COMMENCES OPERATION AND TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL TIME TO COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION WHEN NEEDED.
