Abstract: AUTOMOBILE MANUFACTURERS WHO CHOOSE TO PRODUCE CLEAN-FUEL VEHICLES FOR THE CLEAN FUEL FLEET PROGRAM AND CALIFORNIA PILOT PROGRAM WILL NEED TO CERTIFY THESE VEHICLES TO CLEAN-FUEL VEHICLE EMISSION STANDARDS. EPA WILL REVIEW THE INFORMATION TO VERIFY THAT MANUFACTURERS ARE IN COMPLIANCE.
