Abstract: RESPONDENTS ARE OWNERS/OPERATORS OF FACILITIES THAT RECEIVE WASTES AND "PRE-RECYCLED" MATERIALS FROM OFF-SITE FOR STORAGE, TREATMENT, RECYCLING, AND/OR DISPOSAL. RESPONDENTS SUBMIT QUARTERLY ENHANCED MONITORING DATA, EMISSION CONTROL DATA, AND INFORMATION ON OPERATING PARAMETERS NEEDED TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARD.
