Abstract: UNDER THE VA TRANSITIONAL HOUSING LOAN PROGRAM, VA WILL MAKE LOANS TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR VETERANS IN RECOVERY FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE. THE INFORMATIO COLLECTED IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE LOAN ELIGIBILITY AND TO ESTABLISH REPAYMENT PROVISIONS.
