Abstract: SECTION 539(A)(2) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT MANDATES THAT THE SECRETARY ESTABLISH A PROCEDURE UNDER WHICH ANY PERSON MAY FILE A REQUEST THAT HUD DETERMINE WHETHER A MORTGAGEE IS ENGAGED IN CERTAIN PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.
