Abstract: THE FEDERAL PELL GRANT PROGRAM PROVIDES GRANTS TO ELIGIBLE STUDENTS BASED ON FINANCIAL NEED TO MEET THE COSTS OF POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION. TO DETERMINE THE ELIGIBILITY OF STUDENTS, INSTITUTIONS AND STATES MUST PROVIDE INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH THE ELIGIBILITY OF STUDENTS.
