Abstract: FORM TA-1 IMPLEMENTS A STATUTORY REGISTRATION REQUIREMEMT FOR TRANFER AGENTS. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON FORM TA-1 IS USED TO DETERMINE IF REGISTRATION SHOULD BE GRANTED. RULE 17AC2-1(C) REQUIRES TRANFER AGENTS TO AMEND FORM TA-1 IF INFORMATION SUBMITTED THEREON BECOMES INCOMPLETE OR MISLEADING.
