THE DATA IS USED BY FCC STAFF TO CONFIRM THAT THE STATION IS BUILT TO TERMS SPECIFIED IN OUTSTANDING CONSTRUCTION PERMIT. THE DATA IS THEN EXTRACTED FROM FCC 347 FOR INCLUSION IN THE SUBSEQUENT LICENSE TO OPERATE STATION.
