Abstract: EPA IS PROPOSING REGISTRATION REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT CAA 211(B)(2). SUCH REGULATIONS WILL REQUIRE MANUFACTURERS OF MOTOR VEHICLE FUELS AND FUEL ADDITIVES TO IDENTIFY THE HEALTH, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM EFFECTS OF FUELS AND FUEL ADDITIVES FOR PURPOSES OF REGISTERING SUCH PRODUCTS PRIOR TO THEIR SALE AND/OR DISTRIBUTION.
