Abstract: THE PROPOSED CHANGES TO 10 CFR 55 COVERED UNDER THIS CLEARANCE WILL DELETE THE REQUIREMENT TO SUBMIT MATERIAL FOR PREPARATION OF NRC ADMINISTERED EXAMS UNDER 55.57(B)(2) BUT REQUIRE CERTAIN DATA UNDER EXISTING 55.59(A)(III). IN ADDITION, UNDER 55.59(C), LICENSEES MUST SUBMIT COPIES OF EXAMS TO BE ADMINISTERED.
