Abstract: SMALL BUSINESSES CONTRIBUTE SIGNIFICANTLY TO THE MULTI-BILLION-DOLLAR TAX GAP. MANY SMALL BUSINESSES CANNOT AFFORD PAID ASSISTANCE OR TIME AWAY FROM THEIR LOCATIONS TO LEARN HOW TO MEET TAX OBLIGATIONS. THIS STUDY COVERS THE FEASIBILITY OF: PROFESSIONALS VOLUNTEERING AS ON-SIT LIMITED-PERIOD, MENTORS AND SMALL BUSINESSES PARTICIPATING.
