Abstract: THIS REPORT WILL COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MORTGAGE LENDERS ON MORTGAGE AND HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN APPLICATIONS. STATE-MEMBER BANKS AND MORTGA BANKING SUBSIDIARIES OF BANK HOLDING COMPANIES WILL BE REQUIRED TO USE THE LOAN/APPLICATION REGISTER AS A RUNNING LOG THROUGHOUT THE CALENDAR YEAR AND TO SEND IT TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM BY MARCH 1 OF THE FOLLOWING CALENDAR YEAR.
