Abstract: DETERGENT OR OTHER ADDITIVE REQUIREMENT OF 42 U.S.C. 7545(1) THAT ADDITIVES BE IN GASOLINE AS SPECIFIED IN EPA REGULATION. RULE REQUIRE CERTIFICATION TO DEMONSTRATE PERFORMANCE AND NECESSARY CONCENTRATION A WHAT FUELS IT CAN BE USED FOR. RECORDS PASSED DOWNSTREAM TO CARRIERS, ETC., SO THAT THOSE WHO ADD ADDITIVES KNOW WHAT CONCENTRATION TO USE A SO EPA CAN MONITOR COMPLIANCE.
