Abstract: WHEN IRS RECRUITS APPLICANTS TO FILL POSITIONS, THIS FORM IS USED TO ASCERTAIN THE APPLICANT'S GEOGRAPHIC PREFERENCE FOR APPOINTMENT LOCATION.
