Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS USED TO ACCOUNT FOR AND REGULATE THE DISTILLATION OF SPIRITS. AS THERE COULD BE A SUBSTANTIAL TAX REVENUE LOSS THAT WOULD BE INCURRED THROUGH THE ILLEGAL DISTILLATI OF SPIRITS, THE DATA COLLECTED IDENTIFIES THE MANUFACTURERS, VENDORS, AND USERS OF SPIRITS, AS WELL AS PROVIDING AN ACCOUNTING OF STILLS AND OTHER APPARATUS.
