Abstract: DEALERS MUST MAINTAIN RECORDS OF REEF FISH HARVESTED FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO THAT THEY RECEIVE. THE RECORD MUST CONTAIN THE NAME OF THE FISHING VESSEL AND SPECIES. THESE RECORDS WILL ALLOW LAW ENFORCEMENT TRACE REEF FISH FROM HARVEST TO FIRST SELL.
