Abstract: FOCUS GROUPS ARE NECESSARY TO DETERMINE CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS OF THE PROBLEM RESOLUTION PROGRAM. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DEVELOP QUALITY STANDARDS, IMPROVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, AND IMPROVE THE DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY. FOCUS GROUP PARTICIPANTS WILL BE INDIVIDUAL TAXPAYERS, SMALL BUSINESS AND\ CORPORATE TAXPAYERS.
