Abstract: TO PROVIDE A TIMELY SERIES OF COMPREHNSIVE INFORMATION DETAILING INTEREST RATES AND THE AVAILABILTY OF FINANCING FOR FHA-INSURED AND CONVENTIONAL FIRST MORTGAGE HOME LOANS AND TRENDS IN THE HOME CONSTRUCTION MARKET. THIS SURVEY HELPS FULFILL A REQUIREMENT OF THE 1983 HOUSING ACT PERTAINING TO SECTION 235 LOANS.
