DOL has indicated that on the ETA 9002 and VETS 200 forms, t cells for which no data need be reported shall continue to be blackene In addition, DOL shall revise the ETA 9002B-S to ensure that the top line of the column headings is included. Last, the new suggested form for the SMOCTA Quarterly Detailed Participant Status Report will be presented as an optional format only, to assist States in meeting thei reporting requirements.

Abstract: INFORMATION IS REQUIRED BY 38 USC 2004(C) FROM FEDERALLY FUNDED LOCAL VETERANS' EMPLOYMENT REPRESENTATIVES ON A QUARTERLY BASIS REGARDING SERVICES AND PRIORITIES PROVIDED TO VETERANS BY LOCAL EMPLOYMENT SERVI OFFICES (LESOS). INFORMATION IS COLLECTED BY ABOUT 1,600 LESO MANAGER FROM LVERS AND TRANSMITTED TO DVETS. USED TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS ON SERVICES TO VETERANS.
