ED shall make revisions to the Report to implement changes made in the HEA Amendments of 1992, and al to maximize the usefulness of the report to ED program and policy officials, prior to the next submission for PRA clearance. -- OMB notes that ED program officials made several revisions to the form after the previous clearance in March 1990, without submitting these revisions for review and approval under the PRA. OMB will note this fact in our annual report of the Act's implementation for 1993.
