Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP AND FIELD TEST METHODOLOGIES FOR CONDUCTING LONGITUDINAL FOLLOW-UP STUDIES OF PATIENTS (CLIENTS) OF HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS. RESULTS WILL BE USED TO IMPLEMENT FUTURE NATIONAL LONGITUDINAL STUDIES.
