Abstract: THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS THE 16,000 BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEES REQUIRED TO FILE FORM 1041 WHO ARE APPOINTED BY THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF UNITED STATES TRUSTEES, DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE. THEY ARE SELF-EMPLOYED. THE SURVEY WILL DETERMINE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CURRENT MATERIALS AND PROCEDURES TO DEVELOP NEW STRATEGIES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
