Abstract: THIS REQUEST COVERS INTERVIEWS AND DATA COLLECTION FROM NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT RECEIVE NEHEMIAH GRANTS FROM HUD TO PROVIDE HOMEOWNERSHIP HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS. THE DATA COLLECTION I IN SUPPORT OF A CONGRESSIONALLY MANDATED EVALUATION OF THE NEHEMIAH PROGRAM.
