Abstract: AFFECTED PUBLIC ARE THE PRUCHASERS OF RTC PROPERTIES WHO SEEK MORTGAGE INSURANCE UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F). THE DATA COLLECTIONS REQUIREMENTS IS FOR THE PURCHASERS TO FURNISH TO HUD WITH THEIR APPLICATION FOR MORTGAGE INSURANCE COPIES OF THE ARCHITECTURAL, APPRAISAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTS PREPARED BY RTC FOR ITS OWN PURPOSES.
